These terms apply when you use goldenorchardbd.com or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order, we will call you to confirm it. An order is final only after we confirm it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if an item is out of stock, or if a price was shown by mistake. If you already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are not in stock yet. We bring them in after you order. We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund any money you paid.
Product colours
We try to show products as they really look. Colours can look a little different on different screens.
Returns and refunds
Please read our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
