Return window
You have 3 days from the delivery date to start a return.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Open your order from the link in your confirmation email, choose the items you want to send back, and tell us why.
What cannot be returned
Everything in your order can be returned within the return window.
Return instructions
Thank you. We have approved your return. We will call you to arrange a free pickup. Please keep the item in its original box with everything that came with it.
Full policy
For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back makeup that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.
We will replace the item or give you a full refund if:
- the item arrived damaged or broken,
- we sent you the wrong item or wrong shade,
- something from your order is missing.
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If there is a problem, tell us within 3 days of delivery and send a clear photo. We will pick up the item for free.
Refunds are sent by bKash or Nagad within 7 days after we receive the item back.
